Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Within South Africa

We currently ship nationwide across South Africa.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Example options (you can adjust these):

  • Standard Shipping: R100
  • Free Shipping: Orders over R600

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery of your package.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Blue Lily Treasures cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
